1. User & Account Management

View All Users

• Special:ListUsers — complete list of registered accounts
• Special:ListUsers/sysop — admins
• Special:ListUsers/bureaucrat — top-level site controllers
• Special:ListUsers/trusted — approved editors

Add or Remove User Rights

• Special:UserRights — assign or remove:
  • trusted
  • sysop (admin)
  • bureaucrat (root authority — use with caution)

Create a New Account

• Special:CreateAccount

Admins must manually create accounts for contributors.
