Accountability Before Witnesses
Under Ayaawx, accountability is not private or abstract. It is affirmed before witnesses.
Where harm, misuse, or violation of lawful use and access occurs, accountability must be:
- Acknowledged openly
- Addressed in the presence of recognized witnesses
- Recorded through proper processes
- Confirmed by those with authority to witness and remember
Witnesses serve to:
- Confirm the facts of harm and responsibility
- Validate that accountability has been accepted
- Ensure remedies or restoration are properly carried out
- Preserve legal memory through Adaawx
Accountability that is not witnessed is incomplete and lacks full legal standing under Ayaawx.
